Contact the evidence desk

Send a source question, correction or evidence-method topic to Behavioral Health Ratings, with the precise claim and public material needed to examine it.

Sections in this examination

Write to editorial@behavioralhealthratings.com about a source, claim category or method page. Please identify the question the evidence should answer.

For a factual correction

Include the page URL, the exact wording and the responsible primary source. Explain which part of the statement the source changes. If the issue is a source link or date, identify that detail directly. This makes the correction specific enough to review without guessing at the concern.

For a method question

Describe the general type of claim: a credential, service term, treatment-method description or outcome figure. A public, anonymous example is enough for a topic suggestion. This desk does not receive private case files or solicit accounts for an unverified provider-review list.

Use the responsible care provider’s established channel for individual treatment communications. Keep medical records, identifying histories, financial documents and identity records out of editorial email. Claim cards and worksheets remain in your own file; completing one does not send its contents to this site.
